Which colour for the new album sleeve? I'm curating songs from my 60-4-60 project that got delayed. I'm only 13 songs short so I will add stuff. Might axe a few tunes and add a few new ones. The next single will be a pumped version of 'Be Good To Yourself'. I have decided to put the songs into an album format because I think it tells a better story.

I was just informed Trump is deploying another 2,000 Guard troops to L.A. The first 2,000? Given no food or water. Everyone hates the “C” word, yes, Cancer. Yesterday I had surgery to remove a melanoma on my back. It was much deeper than they thought and the surgeon said he had to go all the way to the bone to remove all of it. I thought it was just a weird looking mole, got it tested and they recommended I get it removed as soon as possible. I thought they were just gonna freeze me and cut it out in the office but it was a full on surgery in the OR, under the bright lights, 10 people team and they gave me the greatest sedation/nap I’ve ever had and it was lovely. But yeah, way more serious than I thought and was expecting… So now I’m on the mend and doing great! Thanks everyone for reaching out and for the well wishes on my instagram. And thank you to the amazing team at MUHC Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal. Early detection is key people! Even if you think it’s just a weird looking birthmark/mole, get it checked cause you never know.
