🚨 HORMUZ ON EDGE Status of the Strait of Hormuz remains unclear, with no official statement from Iran. Ships report radio messages—purportedly from the Iranian navy—claiming the route is closed, but this is unconfirmed. Some vessels are already avoiding or exiting the area out of caution. A real closure would be unprecedented and could severely disrupt global oil and gas markets.

Waking up to the news of the war involving the U.S., Israel, and Iran is sobering. The Bible speaks of future conflicts involving Israel and Persia (modern day Iran). I don’t claim to be an expert, but it’s hard not to immediately reflect on those passages. Praying for wisdom for the world’s leaders.

CARTEL KILLING TRIGGERS US ALERT IN MEXICO The US Department of State urged Americans to shelter in place in parts of Mexico after cartel leader Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes was killed. Violence and roadblocks spread across Jalisco and nearby states following the operation against the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. Officials advise avoiding crowds, staying updated, and limiting movement.
