@DawnOnKick You seem to misunderstand the study, their statement based on the results is that it may infer information about virtual content as an argument for legalization as it has such an affect for actual content. My question was about your goal, you ignored it to focus on the claim.

@DawnOnKick Furthermore, harm alone isn't a viable argument for prohibition. I'm arguing that if your goal is one thing and I suggested that allowing X leads to your goal, my question is would you then allow it? My comment is to question what your goal is specifically.

@nivexity @FujiNews_ Multiple jurisdictions, and advocacy groups explicitly state that synthetic content can still be defined as CSAM/VCSAM as long as it depicts abuse. Either way it is disingenuous to to refer to it as simply drawings or illustrations.

@DawnOnKick @FujiNews_ Terms alone don't hold moral weight. Slapping "fictional" in front of a term previously found legally justified doesn't suddenly then make the new reference just as justified. CSEM is the documentation of an event, its purpose is to exclude fiction.
