@vaneshmali Anyday some mishap will happen while riding home on a bike and all that will be left for his family are plots. Glorification of stinginess is stupid, and driving a bike when you can afford a 5 star safety car is even more stupid.

One of my friend works in private bank in Pune. He earns Rs. 57k per month now. He earns approx Rs. 40k-50k per month commission/incentives. He invests money in real estate. He has 3 plots - 1000 sq ft each. Constructed 2 houses on 2 plots. Still working at the same bank since 10+, years now. Love the way he invests his money. He still rides same bike since 15 years now. No car. No pub parties. His family is happy 😊

@riteshmjn Trend is reversing there due to exorbitant housing cost and increased number of WFH opportunities allowing people to move to their home towns.

Indians are going nuclear family whereas western world is going back to joint families.

Honourable @PMOIndia and @FinMinIndia We are losing Foreign Capital of almost $1 Bn a day. Since July 2024, post hike in capital gain tax and STT, we have lost $100 Bn and our markets have become globally unattractive .we need patient risk capital to fund our growth story. It’s undoing the good work done through various reforms. A responsive govt like yours has always taken feedback on taxation - GST, Income tax and given relief. I urge you to reconsider.
