Multiple issues with this post. 1) The war where #Pulikeshi defeated #Harsha did not happen in April 2) The Mumbai-Bijapur plates which mention this victory for the first tirst time were issued on a full moon day in April - so the war in question must have taken place few weeks to few months earlier (Those interested can read Dr Shrinand Bapat’s paper on this topic) 3) The painting shown here ( from #Ajanta ) is not a depiction of Pulikeshi’s court. ( It was previously thought so, but now proved otherwise by Walter Spink).
