Accordingly, I am rescinding the finding against xxxxx and withdrawing the warning that was issued to him. It has been removed from his record. On behalf of the College, I apologise to him and to you for the way this matter has been handled. We will be in contact with xxxx to facilitate and support his return to studies as swiftly and smoothly as possible.
