To MrTLexify, I am choosing to publicly tweet this because I've quite simply, had enough. I'm sick and tired of making everything private which accomplishes nothing at this point in time. Another reason why I'm making this public is because I know I will get ignored and I will never get my point across which now has crossed a line to why I'm now making this public. On April 23rd, 2025, I recently discovered that you used my T.E.D.D. render in one of your thumbnails. I don't know if you went out of your way to steal my render or you had a thumbnail artist just randomly steal my render from google images but that's beside the point. I will admit, I did NOT watermark the T.E.D.D render or any other renders up until recently, I'll hold my hands up. I should of this done WAY sooner. It really gets to a point where you've done with this MULTIPLE times with not just me, but others too. In January earlier this year, I messaged you politely I will be parting ways with you and deep down, It was because of this situation that kept getting deeper and deeper. You would NOT LISTEN, no matter who it came from. You dug yourself a deeper hole by doing the same thing day in, day out and I will never understand why just to lead more drama unfolding. This is infringement of my work, simple as that. You couldn't take any courage to reach out to me privately to ask me to use my render or even credit me in the video description of the video. I know for a fact you knew it was my render all along but you chose to keep the render in the thumbnail as of me typing this. I really feel hurt by this. I feel betrayed and disrespected. I looked up to you when I first entered the Zombies YouTube scene, I was friends with you, I worked for you and all for what, nothing? Just to "forget " I made renders for and now you STOLE my own renders? I do not care if you did or did not make the thumbnail, you still acknowledged my render and still uploaded it without no hesitation. It gets to a point and I've had enough. I hate the fact I had to type this but I can't keep this held in anymore and I had to get it off my chest. This also goes to other small/big creators out there doing the same thing. PLEASE Just stop doing it. It's been going for so long and I've seen it happen all the time. As content creators, you're obviously making an income but you still steal others renders? Why not just commission ANYONE and make life easier to avoid drama? It makes no sense. Or In fact, just CREDIT people in the description of your video like Lex could of done to save this tweet from even happening. When I had the editor role for his channel, I had to manually credit people in the description of the videos when he used people's work (because I knew he wouldn't credit them) and even when played peoples custom maps, he didn't link the following maps either. It doesn't matter how many subscribers you have, It literally takes less than 10 seconds. I just don't understand the mentality. To wrap things up here, I respectfully request that the infringing of my render being used in your thumbnail to be removed or replaced. If this request cannot be resolved, I will proceed further action with a submission request to YouTube's Copyright system. I really don't want to do this so this has so stop now, end of story.
