@iMiaSanMia @BILD Bayern’s secret? No cliques, just graft. Basically, they’ve reinvented the idea your gran already told you: ‘Get up and get on with it.’

Uli Hoeneß speaking to @BILD after winning the title • What impressed you the most about this title? Hoeneß: "That the team has never been so united in the history of FC Bayern as it is now. There are absolutely no 'cliques' in this team. This includes not only the players, but also the entire coaching staff, the physios, and also Max Eberl and Christoph Freund. When we signed Vincent, everyone thought: How is someone who comes from a relegated team in England supposed to lead Bayern? Many didn't think he could do it. We met at Käfer's with Vincent, his father, Herbert Hainer, Max Eberl, and Christoph Freund for lunch. After half an hour, I grabbed Max by the knee under the table and gave him a thumbs-up. That's when I knew and felt that it would be good and that Vincent was the right man for us. Vincent placed the word 'work' at the heart of his analysis. I really liked that, and it could be a good example and role model for our country. Some people believe that everything can be done with less work – but that's completely wrong. Vincent is here every morning at 7:30 and is one of the last to leave in the evening. You can see that he simply enjoys himself, and he never started complaining when a player was injured. He's made every single player here better - even Harry Kane, and that's the real art"

When I was in rehab, we had a conversation about nonalcoholic beer. Basically, someone asked the group (including the counselor) if it was okay to drink NA beer, or if it might be risky. Someone mentioned that even NA beer can have up to .5% alcohol by volume. Another guy said, "yeah, but that's not really a risk, if you are just worried about intoxication. I mean, you'd have to drink 10 of them-- almost simultaneously-- to get the same alcoholic effect as a single, normal beer" Someone else said, "yeah, and then you'd need to do that like 10 times to get any kind of buzz" another person added "yeah, and you'd probably piss it all out before it could hit you" another added said something along the lines of it being difficult to even drink that much quickly enough for it to hit all at once. Around this point, the counselor stepped in, and said "it took you all like 5 seconds to do the math on exactly what you would have to do to get drunk off of nonalcoholic beer. That's evidence enough that you shouldn't tempt yourselves with it" 😂

🇩🇪🗣️ Julian Draxler on life in Qatar: "I can lead a totally normal life here... since I started at Schalke at the age of 17, I was immediately in the public eye without pause. Suddenly I could no longer go into the street undetected. I was constantly addressed and also filmed again and again without being asked." "After the 2014 World Cup and especially in Paris, I had therefore got into the habit of pulling a cap deep in to my face and not looking people in the eye anymore so I did not stand out. On the one hand, I am much less recognised here in Qatar. And the people who recognise me hardly interrupt me while eating with the family or walking through the mall." (BILD)

@eurofootcom Draxler hitting 0.67 G/A ratio at Al Ahli this season - turns out swapping Schalke's spotlight for Qatar's peace does wonders for your stats. That right channel movement looking sharper than ever.

@LexxTheeGreat @FootballTalkHQ @TVEMike It's just all about Media interests. Some second tier team in Europe might earn more money than some better top teams in other countries, just because of TV rights. But head to head they would loose all the time

@FootballTalkHQ @TVEMike I truly hate to say it, but this is a clear reason why men get paid more in MOST sports. Not all sports, but most for sure. There is even a theory out there that a boys’ high school basketball team, could beat a WNBA champs team. It would be interesting to see that. Kinda

@Tazerface16 I give you 2 News: 1 the front of your car is 100 plastic parts. 2: for pedestrian safety the front must be deformable, if it were a piece of iron it could not circulate as a car on 90% of the world's roads... But I guess you haven't bought a car in the last 20 years.

🚨🇷🇴EUROPE’S TOP RIGHTS COURT BACKS ROMANIAN ELECTION ANNULMENT—A SHAM RULING TO PROTECT THE ESTABLISHMENT The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) just rejected Romanian presidential candidate Calin Georgescu’s appeal, refusing to overturn the shady annulment of last year’s election. No real explanation. No accountability. Just a rubber stamp for the elites. Georgescu won the first round of the November 2024 presidential race against all odds, after surging on TikTok with massive grassroots support. But just days before the second round, Romania’s Constitutional Court cancelled the entire election, citing vague claims of "Russian interference"—without clear proof. Georgescu called it what it was: a coup d'état in disguise. He took the case to Europe’s highest human rights court, hoping for justice. Instead? A complete dismissal. The Strasbourg-based court rejected every single argument Georgescu made: -The right to free elections—ignored -The right to a fair trial—denied -Freedom of speech, assembly, and association—not considered -The right to an effective legal remedy—thrown out The court even dismissed his emergency appeal in January, claiming there was "no imminent risk of irreparable harm." No irreparable harm? The people of Romania were robbed of their vote! This isn’t about Russian influence—it’s about controlling the narrative and blocking outsider candidates from challenging the system. The Romanian government, backed by Brussels elites, feared an unpredictable election and used “foreign interference” as an excuse to reset the race. They have now scheduled a new presidential vote for May, hoping to get a more establishment-friendly outcome. This is the new playbook: If an outsider wins, cancel the vote. If they fight back, courts will shut them down. This ruling shows that no election is safe if the ruling class doesn’t like the result. Free and fair elections mean nothing if courts can erase them on demand. Source: RFI, @CG_Romania

🚨🇷🇴 BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: CALIN GEORGESCU SPEAKS AFTER ARREST Just finished an urgent interview with Călin—his first public statement since his shocking and unjust arrest. This is a man who should be leading his country, yet instead, he’s been silenced by a system that seems determined to crush democracy rather than uphold it. What happened yesterday wasn’t just an attack on one man—it was an attack on the will of the people, on justice, and on the very foundation of Romania’s future. The fight for truth is more urgent than ever. Watch this critical interview with @CG_Romania. (Note: AI-generated subtitles were used for speed.)
