To everyone saying that employers should pay their waitstaff workers more, keep in mind, what it would do to food prices overall. About 30% of orders are take outs where no one really expects a tip to be given. Now you’re penalizing them as well! Simple solution, add a mandatory gratuity to each table, let them know that in advance. Keep it at 18%. If the service was outstanding add an additional tip. If it was bad, don’t eat there any more and write a bad review. If you don’t like it, don’t eat out! Cook your own food or order take out! Another thing I am hearing a lot is “pay them a descent wage”, what exactly is a descent wage?

1) Oil is not $100 now its more like $135. You are being quoted a manipulated futures paper price.
2) in 2011 oil was not in a shortage. 13% of the worlds oil supply was taken away with 0 change in demand. We are currently short 750 million barrels with 13 added everyday
3) The US imports 6.1 million barrels a day. Its a global commodity and we have to compete for that oil

People keep pretending to wonder why there have been so many attempts on Trump's life (Provided that Cole Allen was going after Trump):
To me reasons are clear:
- Trump is one of the most polarizing figures in modern U.S. politics.
- He has helped marginalize minorities, LGBTQ Americans, and immigrants more than any recent president.
- He has gone against our Constitution more than any modern president has, making many feel he’s a danger to the Country.
- He has enriched himself off of Americans through corruption more than any other president in history, leaving the middle class feeling angry.
And to be clear:
I oppose violence in all forms. Political violence doesn’t solve anything, it only makes things worse.
