Biggest thing i learned launching a marketplace solo: The empty feed problem isn't a feature problem. it's a distribution problem disguised as a product problem. Next 14 days = focus on the poster side, not on building anything new.

Very "idea list" is either saturated saas niches or people guessing. I wanted problems described by the people actually living them, with a signal (upvotes) for how much it hurts. Not a freelance board. nobody's paying anybody. just ideas with demand attached.
