@BBCWatchdog please could you look into @Debenhams? Faulty item received, no phone contact, emails and messages ignored, and hundreds of similar complaints online. Customers are being left with no way to resolve issues.
I STILL haven't received a refund from @Debenhams for items never received via @Evri ordered 27 Oct. 1st Jan @Debenhams eventually acknowledged I'd be refunded by 6th Jan. But STILL not received & @Debenhams don't respond to my messages. Please help @CTSI_UK@WTStds@bhamts
Watch what you order from @Debenhams they sneakily add an insurance charge and there is nothing you can do after you submit the order. Apparently because of the speed of dispatch time. Took a week to come by the way 🤣 Never again will I use Debenhams and the service is awful
Anyone using @boohoo@OfficialPLT & @Debenhams I don't know what's happened with these companies,but DO NOT buy from them if there's a chance you'll return anything.I have had battles getting refunded & had to go through @PayPal All 3 are now under the same umbrella! BE WARNED ⚠️

@Debenhams Disgusted I paid for delivery by today, EMail sent telling me delivery now 2nd January, How do I get a refund, What company does not have a contact number.
