@CJrpeake @Debenhams The insurance covers if it doesn’t turn up they refund you. If you don’t buy the insurance and you don’t receive the item, you get refunded. If the product is damaged, you get a refund either way. Not sure what they charge for as your covered in any instance

@breivom @Debenhams I just did that this morning. Free postage advertised / but 4.49 for 'protection'. Reading comments on here, I will be lucky if anything arrives at all!

Watch what you order from @Debenhams they sneakily add an insurance charge and there is nothing you can do after you submit the order. Apparently because of the speed of dispatch time. Took a week to come by the way 🤣 Never again will I use Debenhams and the service is awful

@HSBC_UK chasing me for 5p. 5 bloody pence 😂 Sent me a letter stating I owe 5p. I just called them and they took 50p 😂 Can’t refund me as their processes don’t allow. Shocking from HSBC. You took a payment on the 9th without my authorisation also for £3.05 PATHETIC
