Taiwan is also a very good place to shop, got one of the most underrated perfumes right from the diptyque, and once it was billed I had to go to basement and collect the tax refund. This is very common practise with all the high end brands in Taiwan but there's a 20% processing fee and you get cash refund. Carry your physical passport as that's a must.
