5-MeO-DMT gave me a single idea that won't leave.
Our minds are not naturally capable of understanding the preciousness of our existence.
Not "life is precious" as printed on a poster. It's something much more specific. That the hardware we're running, human consciousness, cannot render the full resolution of what it means to be here. Like a 480p screen trying to display an 8K image. The information is there but the display can't hold it.
It's been 3 weeks and I still feel childlike and fresh. My mind feels free of the accumulated barnacle. My dreams are alive.
The brain data is now coming in and it matches my reported subjective experiences. I'm excited to share it with you.
But the data doesn't complete the picture. The feeling is that I found a home I didn't know I was looking for and I don't have a biomarker for that.

This is what I've found. I tried to stamp out all traces of "narcissism" within myself and ceased to see much reason to interact with anyone. Just now coming back around to seeing ego as the source of richness and individuality within me, which I cannot generate alone. It's not necessarily "narcissism" to derive some satisfaction from your reflection in others. Silence and standing alone are merely tolerable.

If I start getting that familiar scratchiness in my naso/oropharynx (especially if I know I've been exposed) I'll also start taking vitamin C (+pepper), NAC, and echinacea. I worked 8 hours in close quarters with someone at the peak of a cold the other day and did these things even without having symptoms yet. Next day I actually did get throat irritation and malaise, but I kept at it and a day later I was normal. Almost certain cold averted.

@DanielW_Kiwi I've never noticed improvement with saline lavage, but zinc acetate lozenges are an absolute must. If taken soon enough (with *lots* of fluids) I believe based on my experience over years that they can reverse whatever was developing so you don't even come down with it.

You can see from her eye movements that she’s really listening and considering what he’s saying. And his behavioral reactions to her pushback makes it seem they can agree to disagree. He’s not offended, nor is he eager to explain away her objections. It’s all so healthy.
