After a few plus drafts + playoff seasons, Texas has a disappointing season and draft (losing to two teams with better drafts). Let’s see what next year holds. Should have a couple of high picks, which should equate to a better season. Teams who lost to Texas can keep hating.

Texas has more playoff wins than every school in the state combined. Tech and James Madison have the same amount of CFP appearances, except JMU scores more points. Coleman chose Texas because Tech is an unserious program.

@Doc_Texas Need to do better in recruiting OL. Getting one or two lineman is at max we can take and be good. The rest have to be depth pieces that can play in emergency this year and start the next.

We have about 8 or 9 days to pick up some quality OL. Need to be MJ in clutch when it comes to tampering.

@swervin66 @Doc_Texas You recruit and build your team through recruiting and supplement depth through the portal. Building a team through the portal has only been sustainable for 1 team in back to back years. There’s only been 2 teams to actually have successful seasons doing it.
