A teeny-tiny inclusive language thing I've tried to get better at this past year is avoiding using of cardinal directions. North may be up on a map but if the individual I'm speaking with happens to be facing South when hearing me, it could become unnecessarily confusing.

@KeithMalinak 90% of the worlds population lives in the Northern hemisphere. Summer is June, July, and August for 90% of humanity.
