@currys I’ve spoken to at least 8 people including a manger supposedly and still nothing been done, u sent out an engineer twice and he reported he fixed it when it wasn’t .how it was left @CurrysServices

@CurrysServices been trying to get my washing machine repaired for the last 3 weeks and still waiting.whats the point of paying insurance??anyone buying anything from @currys don’t get insurance because it’s to much stress and they give you the runaround

Already done this and been getting messages for an hour now and still no help resolving the situation even though u have all the info. What am I paying insurance for when you don’t want to help when they brake
