The move is in direct defiance of DeSantis' anti-LGBTQ "don't say gay" initiative, as well as the Governor's specific moves to punish Disney for its pro-LGBTQ stance. The name of the summit is the "Out and Equal Workplace" summit, and is expected to draw well over 5,000 attendees.
