Breaking: US HOUSE AND SENATE vote to eliminate stupid SEC rule change SAB 121 - in other words the PEOPLE of America vote for Bitcoin and crypto to be allowed to be custodians by US Banks. Vote PASSED by 2/3 - so we know we have the votes. Now the fun starts. This goes to the presidents desk for signature to make it law. He has ALREADY said he will veto it. In other words the president of the USA has said he will overturn the will of the people. To overturn his decision it will return to the House and Senate for a 2/3s majority vote. The drama continues. Why on god earth cant US Banks protect the assets of Americas? Is that not what banks are for? If not what are they for? If an America chooses to own a digital asset and self custody it that is a first amendment right. If they choose to custodian it with a bank that is the Banks right. None of this has anything to do with the SEC. The fight has begun. This is the pathway to full crypto adoption and the monetization of the boomer debt.
