Who’d have thought in 2024 a doctors surgery of all places would refuse entry to someone with MS urgently seeking an accessible toilet. @mssocietyuk perhaps you guys could contact St Leonard’s Medical Centre in Edinburgh about this appalling decision.

On this day 30 years ago as a budding young footballer I made my debut for @HibernianFC not only did I make my debut I also made history in becoming the 1st ever black player to play for @HibernianFC.

Back in hospital, praying it’s a short visit this time and infection clears fast. Should get the Hibs game on Thursday so that’s cheered me up ( For now 😅) Now to focus on getting myself sorted for my missus, my boy, oh and my 🐕🦺

Absolutely no acknowledgement of your reasons for complaining or any your indication of what they have done to address the points you've raised. This is basic customer service 101. Very poor and likely indicative of wider issues.

@FionaHyslop @RichardLochhead absolutely need to look into the practices of these companies providing a public service. So avoidable too if they’d just considered the customer’s experience.
