@Mamone_1 He had every capability and then a ton more, of knocking luffy off that platform and giving the executioners plenty of time to kill Ace, but him literally turning a blind eye and letting luffy advance essentially saved ace. If it weren’t for Ace himself, Garp DID save Ace
