@askesure why has my father been sent the attached email about his car insurance no claims after I cancelled his policy as he’s passed away, which is why it’s cancelled? You really need to sort this as very insensitive. 😡🥲

When you get an email after contacting @askesure to advise them of your fathers passing and cancel his car insurance. Think they need to change their standard eshots. Compassion wouldn’t go amiss.
