Bad service of Urban Clap where they take money and cancel on their own terms. You pay in advance for a service and then their representative comes 45 mins late. Moreover he dictates that he can give 3hrs when published time for doing the work in UC app is 5hrs 30mins.

@anandmahindra that my part would be replaced free of cost and that time they will recheck the car without charges. He told me to give 10 to 15 days. After over 25 days have not heard from them. Also had complained to Customer Executive when she called for feedback. No response.

@anandmahindra I had done my vehicle servicing at Somya Motors in Indore near Silicon City on 12 Feb'24. At time of receiving my car in evening at 7pm, Showed Nitesh that the great cover of my vehicle was broken and the indicator of servicing was still showing. He promptly assure
