@GaelWinds So why do you have to put ticket into Bethesda support and not zenimax support? Bethesda is the game studios that write the software & do the updates....

There are others with issues aswell, missing ESO+ & missing crowns! Do your homework I can prove what I say

@BethesdaSupport You've had 3 days where is my ESO+ or refund, service is broken since update, you currently owe me 8 months as I was desperate to help my guild but did get the extra month I paid for, you are committing fraud and I'm in process of taking legal advice as you have done nothing

Iv sent numerous tickets in, because what they are doing is charging for a service they are not providing, they are breaking the contract they created,

@hotspiritlady @BethesdaSupport @TESOnline Id love to say I have the same problem,but Bethesda have simply ripped me off for 8 months subscription, no explanation, no fix, no compensation but they gained 7 months of ESO+ money from me, had to cancel 2 raids in my guild now aswell, way to keep the community together !
