We already knew from court filings there are 1700 NDAs (non disclosure agreements).
What does that mean?
Well, two parties doing something together often share business, security and trade secrets. They also use NDAs to avoid leaking data which might raise regulatory concerns.
Do they expire?
Well they do, but it really doesn't mean anything. If there is ongoing business, parties simply sign a new contract.
Why did Ripple do this to us?
It's not you, they don't run their business to increase your XRP price. Their objective is to partner with institutions and integrate their technology. Indirectly this will help XRP price.
Does evidence of an NDA mean Ripple is going to be successful?
Not really, NDAs don't have any commercial agreements in them, no future promise of work or partnership. They do "slightly" show that a lot of companies are interested.
Does 1,700 NDAs mean 1,700 sales leads?
Highly unlikely, lots of companies likely went cold and not doing anything.
Again, rather than looking for the magin moon shot news, focus on the news around acquisitions, potential market sizes (not caps).
And stop blaming Brad, David, Ripple for XRP price. We all know it's gonna go up 👍😘

No, I'm saying there are lots of secrets. Many of Ripple's partners insist on NDAs to keep their business secret. I'm saying the conspiracy theories that constantly claim something big is about to happen or that the government is going to do something massive are almost always going to be completely false and if you're investing time, money, or emotion based on them, you're fooling yourself.

I turn 50 this year, I don't feel 50, I train 6 days a week. I eat reasonably healthy.
Crypto and work can be very stressful, especially the price of our beloved XRP.
But my superpower is I don't get stressed.
To me, stress is when you have two forces opposing each other at the same time.
Imagine your bicep and tricep flexing at the same time, the arm doesn't move, but you stress the hell out of them and your joints.
To me, the first force (much bigger than me) is the universe and how it plays out. While my will, goal and plans are the second force.
Stress occurs when the universe and my plans and goals are fighting each other.
So I have learnt to read the universe.
It doesn't mean don't do hard things, it just means LEARN when to let the universe unfold, and when to hop on its stream and ride the inevitable.
Stress changes NOTHING, it's the same situation. You are not in control.
For the things you are, just do this; THINK, RESEARCH, TALK, LEARN. Once you decide something, make a plan or see a path, LOCK IT THE FK IN.
Once you execute, stop churning in your head "did I make the right choice".
Instead, have an exit plan, what are the parameters when you think "this isn't working" and bail out. It could mean you lose some money, time, etc.
BUT I CAN TELL YOU, THESE ARE NOTHING WHEN YOU LOSE YOUR HEALTH OVER SOMETHING.
I know this is off topic, but I hope some of my life experiences are helpful. which are not just empty words, I have lived by them and almost 50, I probably did some things right (unless you talk to my wife 🤣)
