@SD_Comic_Con Question: I’m seeing some Volunteer peeps worried about new info on CCI’s website - email will be sent to “badge holders” with a link to the waiting room, inferring that a badge is required to participate in the sale. I think it’s boilerplate but they’re concerned. Insight?

@DebiCole9 @SD_Comic_Con Sometimes you have to argue with security to let you back in like I did last year: There were still panels going on and bag check was right behind him and he would not let me in con center until bag check person came over to tell him he had to. Sheesh.

@Rominati_ @Comic_Con Two nights minimum. Some hotels require four but only a handful. All of this information is available online.

@Comic_Con Will there be a required minimum night stay? It’s really unfair to require people to stay the whole weekend when some only bought passes to attend one or two days.

@Tudec @SD_Comic_Con Yep. Especially since bag check is open late.

@SD_Comic_Con I chickened out after hearing of the new process for this year and took an early bird for the first time and have had peace of mind since November. Shuttles and Ubers and bag check at the con center so I can traipse around Gaslamp will do me just fine.

@JonMcClain18 @SD_Comic_Con Not necessarily. I think that the two room limit will help with that, in that you don’t have groups of people snapping up 3-5 hotel rooms and hoarding themz

@SD_Comic_Con The absolute worst and dumb part about this all is that it’s non-refundable. Theoretically doesn’t this mean that if you don’t get a room during the sale that they won’t pop up later (Hote Tracker is great for this) bc none will be refunded?

It’s WonderCon day 1! Exclusive figures and pins are limited 1 per person for today only (no limits starting tomorrow). Also, a couple of figures did not like being in a hot car all day yesterday and might have a slow leak. These two will be half off and not part of the limits.

@SD_Comic_Con This was a great panel. Crazy they only had seating in half the room, though!

@DebiCole9 Sunday attendance isn't necessary to win the grand prize! I plan to wait until I get home, run the RNG to pull the winner, and then I will ship the prize directly to the winner. I'll also email them to give a heads up. Non-winners will not receive any emails.

@valorandvellum I would definitely like to see a Friday limit on the exclusive pins. They’re my weakness and I want to make sure that I get one, dammit lol.

The people have spoken! It looks like I will be going with one figure per person on Friday of #WonderCon and then there will be no limits on Saturday. Let me know if you care if there is a limit for the exclusive pins and pinnants on Friday as well, otherwise no limits for those.
