New York Gov. @KathyHochul and NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani are backing a new tax on second homes worth over $5M, aiming to raise $500M annually to help close a projected $5.4B budget deficit. Critics call it a “gimmicky” fix, not real reform. by @DebraNC eu1.hubs.ly/H0tBkty0

The claim that Mossad planted tracking devices in the fillings of Iranian citizens' teeth is false. Reports and analysis indicate that this story originated from a satirical or humorous source (specifically referencing an alleged "Waze Ass" operation) that circulated on social media in 2025 and was mistaken for a real intelligence operation. Here are the key details regarding this topic: Origin of the Story: The story originated as a satirical, exaggerated tale about Mossad planting chips in the"anuses" of Iranian officials, with some versions mentioning dental fillings, during medical procedures. Fact Check: There is no record or evidence from credible news sources or intelligence agencies to support this claim. Actual Methods: While Israeli intelligence does operate in Iran, investigations indicate they use methods such as agent infiltration, electronic signal monitoring, and hacking the phones of bodyguards. Historical Context: The fear of tracking devices in dental work is a recurring trope in paranoia-based stories. In 2011, declassified documents revealed that Osama bin Laden suspected an Iranian dentist had planted a tracking chip in his wife’s tooth, though this was never confirmed as true. The story is a case of satire being taken out of context and spreading as if it were authentic.

You’re not gonna believe this latest story. Over the past few years mossad undercover agents infiltrated as doctors and dentists in Iran. The Dentists gave priority to. Key military, and elite Iranian personnel. While doing a routine dental check up, they implanted tracking devices as fillings for cavities. On the other side, Gastro doctors implanted similar devices in their elite patients. Yesterday mossad knew exactly where each one of them were ( komayne’s wife and family members included )and sent missiles at them. Over 400 elite military in government personnel were eliminated in the first few moments ( maybe that’s one of the reasons why they knew where he was hiding )when Israel attacked.

I joined @ShomrimCH on Sunday night, bringing food to stranded passengers in JFK and helping CTeen leadership bring 4 buses of teens back to Crown Heights. We met a chosson whose wedding was scheduled for Tuesday in Paris. It was unclear whether he would even make it to his own chuppah. We were able to get him back to Crown Heights, and together with his resourceful family, he managed to get to Washington on Monday to catch a flight to Amsterdam. From there, he made his way to Paris. I just spoke with him, he’s in Paris now, on his way to the chuppah. Sometimes, stories really do have good endings.

I have been laid off today from the @washingtonpost, along with most of the International staff and so many other wonderful colleagues. I’m heartbroken for our newsroom and especially for the peerless journalists who served the Post internationally — editors and correspondents who have been my friends and collaborators for almost 12 years. It’s been an honor to work with them. I launched the WorldView column in January 2017 to help readers better understand the world and America’s place in it and I’m grateful for the half a million loyal subscribers who tuned into the column several times a week over the years.

A car just drove into the side doors of 770 at Chabad Headquarters. Baruch Hashem, there are no injuries. Witnesses report the driver yelled for people to move as he drove in. It appears intentional. The synagogue has been evacuated as a precaution. Please stay away from the area while authorities ensure there are no additional threats. Driver was arrested.

@Jack2Shady @ChabadLubavitch @jacobkornbluh Come on now. The police have not ruled it an attack as yet and thank God no one was injured. If you saw the video, you can see that the driver appears disoriented when he gets out of the car and made no attempt to flee.
