The most rewarding part of being an NHS staff member is when a manager tells you you can't take any form of carer leave to look after your kid after a major operation because it isn't enough of an emergency. Love that.

Moving and humbling report. I’m truly in awe of our ICU staff. So tough for them and the staff on Covid wards at the moment. Horrific for those affected and their families. Please everyone stick to the rules so we can get through this second wave asap
