Today we mark one month until our 8th Anninversary as a charity with a message from our founder @lindamagTV ‘4 weeks today on September 2nd it will be 10 years since Graham died and my life took a new path. That day changed me completely, I became a different person with a different goal. I knew I had to try and change the way we thought about grief in the UK. It seemed crazy to me that we didn’t seem to be acknowledging the impact of losing someone you love and I knew the support that was out there, but it didn’t seem to be known to the bereaved or those working with them. 2 years later on September 2nd 2016, The Good Grief Trust was born. It’s been a tough, exhausting, but such a rewarding journey so far, and I am so proud of the impact we have made and the awareness and new resources that are now in place. I’m forever grateful to have met incredible people along the way, many who are still working with me and supporting my vision 🙏 We have a long way to go but we are getting there!! 🧡☂️ Thank you everyone for your continued support for our work.
