This is a pretty strong signal from the sub-seasonal ECMWF for dry & warm or hot weather in the UK & Ireland during the middle stages of August.
Not a dependable one, though. Before then, it seems the weather will be changeable but perhaps gradually turning more settled overall.

The coastal stretch Brighton-eastward has today seen an excellent example of thunderstorms kicking off along part of a convergence line, their outflow then travelling along the convergence line in both directions, triggering further thunderstorms.

The culprit appears to be a tropical cyclone that might interact with the jet stream over the N. Atlantic next week. The plot thickens!

One of the longer-standing 'typical trends' in forecast modelling isa westward adjustment to lows that approach the UK & IE while moving south-eastward.
There are hints of that regrading the low arriving this weekend, which might make for a hot (ish) Saturday in England.
