Of course. But the content as a base is now huge and decent. You know im as old school as it comes with building sessions. But there is a lot of really good stuff out there that would be foolish to dismiss. Of course the skill level of the coach will determine how he uses that content

@Dec_Murph Context is always key. You can scrape sessions from Youtube/social media all you want, but if you don’t know why that exercise, how it fits in to the bigger picture and what you’re wanting to highlight when doing then you’re not coaching.

There was a time that grabbing sessions from YouTube / CV Library / Twitter, etc. was seen as lazy and frowned upon, but honestly, I am seeing so much really good stuff coming out. Social media is plugging the coaching knowledge gap left by the FA. Just remember to tweak to your players and teams' needs
