5/ Real adoption in Africa isn't in conference halls or Crypto Twitter. It's in markets. Peer-to-peer networks. Communities solving their problems right now. The informal economy (people NOT online) that's where it's happening.

While the blockchain industry started with transparency, it matures with privacy! Our head of Devrel @alexander_kim11 does a deep dive with @akindo_io to see how Aleo is bringing zero-knowledge proofs to the mainstream and why on-chain privacy is no longer optional. @BadmanTej has been building the visual world around @mavoswago one that evolves with each release. Every director has their Robin. For Tej, that's @princeakpa_ Prince has helped shape the edits and final look of the visuals. The trio have gone six for six and no misses.

Blazing the trail for real time adoption of ZK
Aleo@AleoHQ

🏔️ @EthereumDenver showed what’s possible when privacy moves from theory to reality. From packed thoughtful conversations, to our packed booth and the launch of @ShieldApp, the energy around private, programmable applications has never been stronger. Here’s a look back at the week 🎥 Let us know what event you'd like to see us at next 💬

Every Web3 job board has a generic "analyst" category. Compliance analysts, marketing analysts, data analysts. All in one bucket. Spam listings mixed in with real ones. No way to filter CEX roles from DeFi roles. No distinction between someone writing Tableau dashboards at Coinbase and someone decoding smart contract events for a lending protocol. Completely different jobs treated as the same thing. If you've searched for a data role in crypto, you know the pain. Eight tabs, irrelevant results, filters that don't filter. I've been on both sides of this. Searched for these roles, hired for them. The tooling is broken. So I built a job aggregator that actually gets it. Real categories, real filters, actual data stack and salary info. 275+ roles. Free to use unchaindata.xyz/jobs

Last week we hosted the Enugu XR/VR community led by @Decim8e at Beaconsmith. Good rooms matter. Shared spaces matter. Communities need places where conversation, experimentation, and collaboration can happen in real life. And we’re just getting started. This week: Demo Day.
