How can you even give this reason when your delivery agent never answered the call, called themself or even showed up at the delivery location? @delhivery @help_delhivery @jagograhakjago - can you plz help me with the procedure to file an official complaint against Delhivery.

@delhivery @help_delhivery - I hope you guys know you are the most incompetent company ever. I hate that I still need to take your service and break my head to get an on time delivery everytime because you seem like the only ones servicing the location I need my parcels from!

@delhivery @help_delhivery - you’ve managed to awol on me. First told me you lost my parcel and then for the last 2 days, it is apparently out for delivery but the delivery executive never attempts the delivery or answers calls. What kind of scam are you guys running?

@help_delhivery So first you guys lose my parcel, I create a hullabaloo and then you tell me it’s out for delivery and then your delivery person refuses to answer the phone or even talk when I call back. Over 10 times. What kind of scam are you running @delhivery ?

@delhivery - I scheduled a pick-up of an urgent parcel & I have been facing a lot of issues with our service & there is no clear communication. First the pickup was not done until I followed up 24 hrs later & now there are some unforeseen delays & no one is responding on the app

@Housing - you guys assume it’s your right to call someone even if they just open the app? And when I pointed that out to the customer service rep who called me unprompted and twice, he had the audacity to tell me - don’t use the app if you don’t want calls. Wow!
