#Myslexia, #Imwriting Just had word that my story submitted to the recent Myslexia short story competition didn't win or place, but got into the longlist of 60 (out of how many?). Thing is, I submitted 2 stories and don't one which one this refers to.....

I don’t really put down deep roots and I am a bit socially distant. I am quite unsentimental about moving. But seeing my family distraught at uprooting and saying goodbyes rather affects me. There is excitement, too, of course. A new adventure. But this bit is hard.
