I really wish that Indian Politicians traded stocks like US politicians. At least this way: people with white/honest money could have tracked their trades. And, maybe benefitted from that. But, in India politicians trade Real Estate-- that too in black. There is no way an honest white collared tax payer would ever benefit from that. Both markets are corrupt. But, in 1 market at least honest guys have a chance to get rich.

Over the last 15 years: - The Nifty 50’s (USD adjusted) was 4.41% CAGR - Same time: S&P 500 gave 11.96% CAGR - QQQ= 18.03% CAGR - Gold= 7.46% CAGR. The level of underperformance of Nifty-50 is staggering. Index 25X-ing in Y years means nothing, if it is not competing well against other assets. India remains a great trading market. But, due to relentless currency depreciation, it is not a secular investable market. Please learn to analyze things with data, if you are a young investor. Understand that currency depreciation is hollowing you out. Have a plan. Otherwise, you will keep on believing feel-good stories. And, keep losing your wealth.

For all young investors a small piece of unsolicited advice -be optimistic on India in long term n don’t hv mediocre goals A 13%-15% CAGR is 25 times in 25 years..I have experienced it . So will u. Ignore the negativity, noise and most importantly quick rich schemes n tips.

Had excellent discussions with my brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Reiterated our strongest condemnation of the attacks on the UAE. Also appreciated my brother’s leadership, courage and wisdom, which have been evident throughout this period. Expressed gratitude for his care and concern for the Indian community in the UAE. @MohamedBinZayed

CLARITY is closer than ever. The bill is strong. It will benefit the American people by making the US financial system faster, cheaper and more accessible. It will also ensure that the US leads in the global race to build the next generation of our financial system. Huge thank you to the Senate, their staff, and 3.7m @standwithcrypto advocates for helping to get this legislation to where it is today. Mark it up.

Seems like no one gives a shit about the current market fall in India. This is not like 2008, 2020, or 2022 falls. Back then, all major markets were falling. There were macro issues at play. Everyone was suffering. And, mean reversion was almost given even in the Indian markets. 2025, 2026 has been quite different for India now. IT destroyed. Other countries winning on innovation, we are not. Make in India became a joke in India. And, now unnecessary panic unlocked due to Modi ji's speech. No responsible person, organization, agency speaks about our market. Looks like, it has been left to die. I don't have a crystal ball. Maybe markets will recover, or they won't. I don't know. But, the general apathy from the leaders during these troubled times would be hard to forget. When an economy does not care about its investors, natural question is: why should the investors care about the economy in the long-term? Forget FIIs. Even domestic retail feels alienated.

The best fruit for the brain has to be blueberries. Anthocyanins are a group of deep red, purple & blue pigments bound in plant-based foods. They're part of a larger category called flavonoids. These are largely found in fruits like blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Anthocyanins have been shown to have a whole host of benefits such as improved memory, lowered blood pressure, reduced risk of heart disease + cancer, and prevention of neurological disease. A collection of 13 studies found that dietary levels of anthocyanins correlated with better processing speed while improving the quality of life in older adults (1). Another meta-analysis found that anthocyanins were correlated with better focus, memory, reaction time, and overall improved cognitive function (2). Other foods that contain high amounts of anthocyanins are cherries, pomegranates, black and red grapes, red cabbage, red onions, and the skin of a purple eggplant. Want a better brain? Start adding blueberries and the other foods mentioned above to your next grocery run.

Frozen blueberries can offer superior nutritional benefits compared to fresh ones, particularly in terms of antioxidant bioavailability. The key lies in the freezing process: when blueberries are flash-frozen at peak ripeness, ice crystals form and disrupt the fruit's cell walls. This breakdown makes anthocyanins—the powerful antioxidants that give blueberries their vibrant color and support anti-inflammatory, brain-health, and overall wellness benefits—more readily accessible and absorbable by the body. In contrast, fresh berries often endure days or weeks of shipping and shelf time, during which nutrient levels can gradually decline. Commercially frozen blueberries, harvested and preserved at their nutritional prime, avoid this degradation and provide reliable, year-round access to high-potency nutrition. Beyond better anthocyanin availability, opting for frozen varieties supports sustainability by minimizing food waste, offers greater convenience and affordability, and ensures a consistent superfood boost for smoothies, oatmeal, or snacks—ideal when local fresh berries aren't in season. The one exercise I see in people who live the longest: Walking. Getting 8000 steps has been associated with up to a 50% reduced rate of mortality. It protects the brain through neuroplasticity. It’s the most underrated exercise on the planet.
Mario Tomic@mariotomich

Walking ~7000 steps/day vs. ~2000 steps/day is associated with: - 47% lower all-cause mortality - 47% lower cardiovascular disease mortality - 37% lower cancer mortality - 38% lower dementia risk - 22% lower depression If you care about your health, start walking.
