There's a company. Ticker SATS. Boring telco, 15B revenue, $1.5B adjusted OIBDA, real cash flow. SATS sold spectrum to SpaceX for 11B in stock + $8.5B cash. Plus SpaceX is paying their debt interest through 2027. Read that again. SpaceX is paying EchoStar's bondholders. The biggest balance sheet risk on the stock, gone, until the cash arrives. SpaceX IPOs at $1.75T → stake re-marks to ~$48B. Plus the cash. Plus the operating biz worth ~$10B once you stop pricing in default risk. Minus 15B debt. That's ~$180/share. Stock is at $124. Crazy deal, right guys?

On April 27, @JohnLoc18 drew some lines on a 4H chart and called bearish continuation on $BTC. JLoc loves saying the market is "unpredictable." But what if he's wrong? Last Friday, I trimmed my $ASTS position in half and rotated those funds to $AEHR. Why? Because my quant @AionAnalytics told me that $ASTS was one of the weaker stocks in the Space sector, and that only 3/5 of its statistical models were bearish. Of course this is easy to say in hindsight but I knew that I could sleep better at night making this decision.
How I feel taking the other side of this trade (I’m jacked crypto proxies to the tits and I don’t even like crypto). One way or another, we’ll have Clarity, soon.
