Edie Hooton likely knew about these actions from her campaign manager. Her campaign has been sending racist and xenophobic texts and emails the whole time. It's possible either Edie conspired to create this directly or she created a staff culture where it was assumed.

Nothing screams I'm a senior member of the delegation when you've been in office for 30 years but 2 younger Congressional members elected in 2018 are higher ranking than you. DeGette has failed Denver. No more. Your time is over. Denver deserves better and that is Melat Kiros
