Our latest review of our completed #EWS1 Form library shows: 61% Pass Grades vs 39% Fail Grades 68% Valid Signatories vs 32% Invalid Signatories Awaiting a large batch of new forms and will update figures again once processed and validated.

The role of institutions such as @RICSnews @FireIndustry @luhc and others in the ongoing abuse of the #EWS1 process has never been fully examined. We hope one day a detailed investigation will be commissioned and lessons will be learnt.

Thousands of innocent victims are suffering at the hands of #EWS1 - in fact we were contacted yesterday by the owner of a terraced house that is stuck in #EWS1 limbo. Serious questions need to be answered.

@mac63_i @RaineyQC In essence the funding solution put forward by Govt will only be available to qualifying leaseholders. One of the qualifiers is that the leaseholder had to be on the lease on or before 14 Feb 2022. Implication being anyone buying a flat should think v carefully.
