@KevinOConnor It was being reported how he’s prioritizing happiness over anything else so I think the Cavs make the most sense in that regard. Otherwise I agree and am still holding out some hope he’ll sign with my sixers somehow
I don't get the appeal of Cleveland for LeBron other than the fact it's home.
James, Mitchell and Harden is an awful fit. Not enough D, not enough off-ball movement. Not enough spacing with Allen and Mobley either. A flawed bench. Their coach just blundered big-time. I just don't get it.
If he's going to Cleveland for a homecoming, sure, that's a great story for the final chapter. But compared to the other options on the table, Cleveland's roster needs a lot of work to make any sense for basketball reasons.
After the first four games of the Eagles’ 2026 season, would you rather:
A. 2-2, but Jalen Hurts is the second ranked QB and Sean Mannion looks like the real deal.
B. 4-0 and they look like last year.
ESP says A.

“Labaron’s just a dynamic guard. He can play on and off the ball... I think he’s going to fit Philly. He plays with an edge, plays with a swag.” -Mike Gansey

we really got Spurs-Thunder in the WCF and it went 7. as hoops fans, from an objective standpoint, this was the dream, right? we had an absolute classic G1, and it's been a back-and-forth, ultra-physical chess match ever since. and here we are: Wemby and his squad vs. Shai and the defending champs on a Saturday night playing for everything. it really doesn't get any better.
shoutout to everyone who had a hand in taking the shine off this series, forcing the focus to what it's been the last week-plus. the big aggregator accounts. the engagement farmers. the twitter algorithm. so much of the national media. that gambling company. the guy who compiled that original viral video of Shai falling five times in one game. and of course Fall% Tom, for his groundbreaking work in bringing to life what will surely prove a revolutionary basketball metric.
congrats on the engagement, y'all!
in all seriousness, though, I rest assured in knowing the real ones have enjoyed this. and I sincerely hope everyone can enjoy the game tonight. these don't come around very often!
Let’s see what Wemby is made of in his first do or die game of his career. I want to see the Spurs in the Finals because I think it would be great for the league, but the Spurs got a gift with both JDub and Mitchell being out and still find themselves down 3-2.
The game is over. Drexel wins by double digits with the final score being 63-47. Drexel’s record improves to 2-2 while Fairfield’s record moves to 1-3. #SMT290
Fairfield has improved their shooting and closer the shooting gap that was there in the first half. In fact, Fairfield is shooting 75% from the free throw line compared to 61% for Drexel which is a drastic different from the first half. #SMT290
With three minutes left in regulation, Drexel has a big lead of 59-41 over Fairfield. The Stags have looked to make a run and gain some momentum to get back into the game. However, it has not worked with the Dragons having an answer for every Fairfield comeback attempt. #SMT290
With under 8 minutes left in the second half Drexel has a 57-36 lead over Fairfield. It looks like the Dragons will likely go on to win this game and move to a 2-2 record on the season. #SMT290
