@TowersFull @British_Airways It will 48 hours for my bag today and so far its been similar @British_Airways please help locate bags! I have sent details on the dm here but haven't received anything there as well.

@British_Airways Please dont use British airways!! They loose your bagage and they dont answer by phone, neither by web, neither by mail!! bad service! 4 days and nothing! no news, call center say: sorry, we havent news.... patience! really worse service ever!

@British_Airways @British_Airways we have a missing bag since 9th Feb that failed fo arrive at LHR from new Delhi.
Nothing has been updated on the report and no one has contacted us!! The bag has items from my wedding that are extremely dear to us and hold sentimental value.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
