Though there are exceptions but most of the times many family businesses struggle beyond the second or third generation because capital is inherited, but the grit, discipline, and resilience that created it are much harder to pass on.

500 wali ITR ko practice ke starting year me mna karna bhut tough h, Aur advance fees lekar karna to sirf imagination hi thi .... Fast forward today.....meri quoted fees dete h....aur doubtful case me advance pahle leta hu .... (Yha tak aane me samay to lagta h) #itr

Why it is important to cross-verify all the details of the clients as a CA/ tax practitioner while filing ITR: Reason 101. I was asking one of my clients for one of his bank statements for so many days and he kept saying: Usey rehne do sir usme transactions nahi hain. Today he finally shared the statment on my insistence and I find the bank statement running to 50+ pages. This is why we should exercise skepticism at all times. Have you had any such experience as a CA or tax practitioner?
