@DeereyMike

Literally only created my account to follow Telsa, SpaceX, Neuralink, Boring Company and Open AI. Elon who?

@PebMet1 @SpaceX @elonmusk @NASA @ulalaunch @blueorigin Yes. No-one cares that it's SpaceX and Elon Musk. They are making a freakin rapidly reusable rocket to dramatically reduce cost to space, enabling mankind to finally start making big steps to being an interplanetary species, albeit the very first and early steps.

I know @SpaceX and @elonmusk followers will not be honest: If it were @NASA , @ulalaunch, @blueorigin developing Starship, would you still follow it? Most of you would say it is a piece of junk or what are we doing if it were anyone else but SpaceX/Musk developing it.

@LaSavoyarde44 @Sigieron @astro_samira_b The point of my reply to the original post was why is there such outrage over SpaceX launching from Boca Chica and the impact on the environment and local population, when rockets like Arianne have been doing the same shit. More anti-musk sentiment, or engagement bait?

@astro_samira_b Ariane 1-6 have been launched from French guinea. Where's the outrage over environmental issues there?

Flight 12 not looking great - engine failures, booster engines cut early. Booster failure.

@thunderf00t At what cost? Oh yeah, Apollo 1 catching fire and killing it's crew on the pad. You fucking sausage.

the 12 flight of the Saturn V, Apollo 17 took 140 tons to orbit, 17t to the Lunar surface and returned the crew safely to Earth. the 12 flight of starship took 40 tons of dummy cargo to 'not orbit' to burn up and get dumped in the indian ocean where starship also exploded.

@GLoungeBT @HalcyonHypnotic There's a massive difference between manufacturing a one use rocket and Lander, and a reusable, reliable Starship. You fucking idiot.

It was 8 years between the Mercury-Redstone 3 and Saturn V; essentially going from a modified ICBM to Super-Heavy Lift Vehicle capable of putting 100k lbs into lunar orbit. "0 to 1" in under 10 years. Max is 11 years if you want to be conservative and consider Mercury's announcement as the start date. Meanwhile StarShip has arguably been in "development" for 14 years and is still fiddling around with different versions and blowing up in the ocean. Maybe SpaceX will pull this together eventually, but right now it looks like shit compared to what NASA accomplished in its golden-era. Stop fucking coping.

“Apollo landed on the Moon in 12 launches” What people fail to remember is that there were two development programs preceding Apollo, mercury and Gemini, with years of testing leading up to the moons landings. Let’s not also forget that astronauts died during Apollo 1, and honestly, Apollo 11-17 were fiascos, it’s literally a MIRACLE no one died on several of the last few Apollo launches. They only survived because of the skills and ingenuity of the engineers and astronauts. Apollo is not a good representation of how to get to the moon, in fact it was a mediocre one at best. The way starship is doing it is one of the best methods to do it, it just requires time.

@PebMet1 @C_S_Skeptic 😂😂😂😂🤦 you really gonna compare a the development of a fully reusable super heavy vehicle to SLS? C'mon man..... Flight 12 yes, but first flight of V3, pretty much a entirely new vehicle, new avionics, new engines, structural design.

@C_S_Skeptic 12 flights in and still having these types of issues. SLS is 2 for 2 and sent a crew around the moon. Looks to me SLS is the future.

Space Exploration Technologies #SpaceX $SPCX is a low float, dual-class, no earnings, bad governance, internal controls shortfalls, over-hyped piece of IPO garbage. Old Elon & his advisers will love all the money they make on it. The smart money crowd will steer clear.

I do not know why people think Musk is this one in a life time businessman. I think they mean one in a lifetime conman.

Hard to argue that SpaceX is worth more than $100 billion based on the numbers. Certainly their technology is deeply impressive but how one can value this thing is beyond my grasp. Please don't shadow ban me Mr. Musk.

@IamRamenPanda So much drivel, yet you anti-muskers refuse to short the stock, cos you all know deep down, betting against Elon is futile. Short the stock and put your money where your mouth is, or stfu.

@IrateMaxwell @DrChrisCombs That's what happens when you do a test flight and INTENTIONALLY leave some tiles missing to study the impact on the vehicle.
