𝚃𝚑𝚎 @solsticefi 𝙰𝚖𝚋𝚊𝚜𝚜𝚊𝚍𝚘𝚛 𝙿𝚛𝚘𝚐𝚛𝚊𝚖 𝚓𝚞𝚜𝚝 𝚒𝚗𝚝𝚛𝚘𝚍𝚞𝚌𝚎𝚍 𝚜𝚘𝚖𝚎𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚌𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚍 𝚁𝚘𝚝𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜, 𝚊 𝚋𝚞𝚒𝚕𝚝-𝚒𝚗 𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚖𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎 𝚛𝚎𝚟𝚒𝚎𝚠 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚗𝚜 𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚢 𝟸 𝚠𝚎𝚎𝚔𝚜. At first, i thought it was a threat but its a standard. And understanding it is the first step to thriving in this program. Here's how it works: Every 2 weeks, the Solstice team goes through every ambassador's submissions content, referrals, community impact, everything. Bottom 10–15% performers get reviewed. The inactive or low-effort ones get rotated out, and their spots open up to new applicants. Simple. The strong ones? They stay. The best ones move up. Reason why the Ambassador portal is still open, you can apply. ~ It isn't about being strict, rather how intentional you are. A program full of ghost accounts and copy-paste posts doesn't grow a protocol. The Rotation system exists so that every ambassador you interact with has earned their place and is actively working to keep it. Quality over quantity. Always. ______________________________________ So what does the team actually look at? > New wallets onboarded via your referral code, are you bringing in real users? >TVL growth tied to your code, are those users actually participating? > Content quality & engagement, are people stopping to read, share, and ask questions? > User retention, do your referrals stick around after day one? > Community sentiment, are people glad you're here? > Geographic reach, are you opening doors in new markets? The ambassadors who last or make it aren't necessarily the most active ones. ~ They're the most thoughtful. A single thread that breaks down how eUSX works and gets 30 replies will always outweigh five hype posts that get scrolled past. Create with intent. Every piece of your content should serve a purpose. - What's even more interesting is that if someone gets rotated out, that's not the end. Their spot goes to the next wave of applicants, and re-entry remains possible in future waves. The Rotation system really keeps @solsticefi's ambassador community tight, honest, and high-performing. Only real value drivers keep their spot here. I'm happy to contribute and see where my Potentials could land me to.

january wasn’t dramatic. No announcement, no “new year, new me.” just a quiet decision after a photo I didn’t save. @burnfatdotfun for the first 2 weeks, nothing happened. same number every morning. week 3 was worse - I started negotiating with myself again. “skip today, you’ve tried enough.” i’ve quit there before. this time I didn’t. not because i was disciplined. More like… i was tired of starting over. months later, the number moved. Slowly. then consistently. clothes fit differently before the scale admitted anything changed. nobody noticed. not in a meaningful way. which is strange when you think about it we record everything on-chain. trades, mints, positions. things that took seconds. but something that took months of showing up? no record. no timestamp. no proof it ever happened. that mismatch is what caught my attention about burnfat.fun. just the idea that something this hard can finally exist somewhere permanent. not for attention. just so it doesn’t disappear.
