@CSI_Starbase @DeffGeff @lewisknaggs42 @RyanHansenSpace is it tap water or surface water? And is it recycled?
English

@DirAziz1 @CSI_Starbase Nope, we've basically lived in each other's Discord VC and DMs for 7 years lol.

I’m surprised I haven’t had to hire a camera man yet. Every scene I have ever filmed on camera was setup, recorded, and acted out by me. @DeffGeff handles all of the editing and other than that….that’s it as deep as our production staff goes.
It’s kinda crazy continuously doing things that typically require a staff of 10+ with just two people living on opposite sides of the planet and have never met in person.
If I did have a camera man tho, the type of shots we would start attempting to pull off would be ridiculous.
This is hypothetically speaking tho. I’m not looking to actually do that

@imkuat @CSI_Starbase @CorridorDigital @polyfjord The scene with Zack in the trench was done in 3D by Ryan, we sent him Zack's footage and he placed Zack into the scene.
English

@DeffGeff @CSI_Starbase @CorridorDigital @polyfjord I think this may be cool for those CG shots where Zack is under the Pad or next to some Raptors

Well thanks to the delays I’m probably going to partially beat Flight 12.
First half of the 3 hour episode should hopefully be ready the day before launch.
Finally recording on cam scenes tomorrow which means we are in the clear for the most part.
I’d like to say this is the easy part but it’s not. It is relatively fast though compared to everything else.

English

@OscarS1738 @CSI_Starbase Everything is available on YouTube as will this once it’s finished.
English

@imkuat @CSI_Starbase @CorridorDigital Yep been following it development and tried it with Zack’s scenes. Right now it’s far too slow to be of use for us as the processing time would be days for this 1 episode.
English

@CSI_Starbase Highly recommend trying out CorridorKey by @CorridorDigital
Really cool tool for green screen

@CSI_Starbase I polished an intense section in Part 4 today, it took me 12 hours for a 2 min section. Got ideas to make it better.
I think burnout happened in March? lol
We good now.
English

I sped up the slo-mo shot to be realtime.

@CSI_Starbase If you have a proper backup system in place (I am hoping) , you could restore an older version .

@wbuxtonofficial Is the F1 paddock still paying $300/litre for their fuel this year?
English

Guess what folks. Fossil fuels are running out. Don’t want to convert to electric? You’re gonna need an alternate fuel for your engines. That’s where sustainable fuels come in. Ramp development through motorsport and it’ll hit a price and efficiency that’ll make it market ready.
That’s why it’s relevant and that’s why it matters both in racing and on the road.
OEMs want to push electric because it will force you to buy a new car. But the charging infrastructure is not ready and won’t be for decades. The international infrastructure already exists for mass rollout of sustainable, renewable fuels via regular fuel pumps. And it works in your engine like regular gas.
Indycar already uses Shell 100% renewable fuel. F1 has adopted the move more recently. If you want to keep proper engines, you’ve gotta quit getting your diapers twisted over the one thing that’s going to continue to allow them to run.

@crypot333 @cptdankkk I first saw Tony Hawk in a Powell Peralta vid in 1986, it was called The Search For Animal Chin.

Tony Hawk reveals turning down $500,000 from Activision was the best financial decision of his life
"When they were close to launching the game, they started to sense that there was buzz about it. It was already getting good reviews from previews and they felt this surge of interest"
"They offered me a buyout of future royalties right before the game launched. They offered me half a million dollars. They said you get that right now and then no money going forward"
"No one had ever spoken those types of numbers to me before, but I felt like I was in a pretty good place. I was doing well in other ways. I was still skating a lot, doing events, I had good endorsements, and I thought I'm gonna take a risk and I don't need that money right now"
