@Defi_Roxy Both. $49k generated from the system itself. Then even more from people wanting the exact breakdown, setup, and workflow behind it. That’s the real leverage of content: Build once. Document the process. Monetize twice.

@Defi_Roxy Strong AI engineering insight post. Clear evolution from prompt engineering to harness engineering, with a powerful emphasis on systems, workflows, memory, and agent rules becoming the true competitive advantage rather than the model itself.

prompt engineering was about what you ask context engineering was about what you feed it harness engineering is about the full system around the model agent loop, tools, memory files, the rules for when the AI is allowed to say "done" the model is a commodity. the harness is not. the OpenAI Codex team shipped a 1M line codebase with 3 engineers no manual code. 3.5 merges per day each. what made it work wasn't the model it was a file called AGENTS.md in the root of the repo — a machine-readable contract that tells the agent how to behave, what to check, when to stop basically a Dockerfile but for the agent era Karpathy went from 80% manual coding to 80% agentic in one month "the biggest shift in 20 years" his read: model intelligence outpaced the infrastructure around it now there's a name for that gap: harness engineering agent loop, tools, context, memory, the rules for how the agent decides when it's done Agent = Model + Harness

Is the X algorithm against me or something?? > I do replies before and after posting > I interact consistently > I do 200–300 replies everyday and I honestly feel my content quality is decent... yet the impressions on my post still suck WHAT DO you THINK IS THE PROBLEM ?

Anthropic just passed OpenAI in paying business customers. 34.4% vs 32.3%. per Ramp's monthly AI Index, dropped today. ngl didn't expect that to happen this fast. Claude went from "the other one" to the model companies are actually cutting checks for. what changed: it got useful in real workflows, not just impressive in demos.

Chinese AI is going to win, pay attention. One single breakthrough the entire US AI industry will break, people will simply move to open source models completely.
