You can’t help me either. So at this point , I just want to share this with people so they stay away from definity ins.

was nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by unprofessional behavior, lack of transparency, and outright negligence. From the outset, it was evident that @definityfc primary concern was to evade responsibility rather than provide genuine assistance to their customers.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Definity Insurance Company for claim related to my vehicle, and I must warn others to steer clear of this deceitful organization. My experience with @definityfc insurance, particularly with representatives Kara Payne and Sydney Hayes.

@definityfc May have been named one of the best workplaces but their incompetence settling our accident claim has been mind numbing. They Promoted the viz min adjuster after he completely screwed up our claim and let my wife pay $11K for a rental car they were supposed to handle.
