@ppsgrover Hello Palvinder, I recommend getting in touch with Customer Care by telephone or online chat and they will be more than happy to look into these charges for you: rogers.com/contact/mobile… Otherwise, please wait for your next bill to arrive to view the full details. Thanks! ^yc
@RogersHelps@Rogers I transferred my home internet to a new address on March 1 with the same plan and was told my monthly charges would stay the same. I used to pay $64, but my April bill is $256.33. Please review and correct this bill ASAP.

@ppsgrover Hi Palvinder, thank you for submitting the inquiry. It can take up to 5 business days for you to receive a response. You will receive an email. ^clh

Submitted another Billing Inquiry C213050391.
Please credit all extra charges 256.33-64.4 = 191.93
and make sure no more extra charges exist than regular amount of $64.40

@ppsgrover Have you checked your previous invoice to ensure there aren't any expiring discounts this month?
If you think we didn't get the adjustment correct, I would recommend submitting another digital bill inquiry for the remaining amount that you think should be credited back. ^ch
@ppsgrover We have no way of manually stopping your current bill amount from being charged when your usual billing period occurs. Since there is a pending adjustment request, your current balance would be updated when the request is actioned. ^ch
@RogersHelps@RogersHelps@Rogers
Unfortunately Customer Care Team is not able to help me much so I am requesting you.
Please make sure nothing is charged extra to my account since I already paid regular amount of $64.40
#Rogers#CustomerService
@ppsgrover Kindly allow up to 5 days for the request to be reviewed. Our billing team will respond via email with a decision. Thanks for your patience. 🙂 ^yc
@RogersHelps@RogersHelps@Rogers
I dont need a new offer and dont want to discuss it.
Please keep the current offer and if you cannot extend it when the offer ends I would not be using your services.
I have paid $64.40 just settle my bill for the month and confirm.

My plan started on 2 June 2024 and got 24 months discounts ending on 2 June 2026. So I have still 1 month left on discounts.
Please correct the exaggerated bill ASAP as its causing mental trauma for me.

@ppsgrover Hi Palvinder. It sounds like you may have had some expired discounts. Have you checked your previous bills to see if there is a warning that your discounts are about to expire? We typically start including a warning message 3 months prior to the expiry of any discounts. ^ch
@RogersHelps@RogersHelps@Rogers
Problem is that we were paying $64.40 / month and got a bill of $256.33 from out of the blue.This is causing us unnecessary mental harassment.
Customer Care didnot resolved the issue.
I have already paid regular amount of $64.40.
