@DefundBART @kimmaicutler I'd call it a temporary fix. The point is that we don't have to have a transit meltdown if the tax doesn't pass. The state could prop up the agencies with cap and invest funds temporarily while they're making cuts.

Oh wow, shutting down BART entirely is a possibility if the sales tax measure doesn't pass.
