#CustomerServiceFail @UPS 1st notice (the bell doesn't work). Saw the notice wrote on it home all day, signature (per the form) is on the back and left phone number. Second delivery attempt notice left-"call fail no service"! What about going a few feet and calling or knock?

I have attempted to multiple accounts, and cards to have the money sent and have been unable to claim the funds to pay outstanding bills successfully. When I reached out to the adjuster, she advised me she could not change how my name is listed on the claim

We had a power outage, a sump pump failure, and the additional expenses to repair the furnace and the hot water heater. I am grateful we had the extra rider on our policy to cover some of the cost. However, I should note @LibertyMutual has a disappointing customer service

The adjuster gave a lot of insurance jargon and did not explain coverage to my satisfaction at all; she lacked the general cordialness that you expect both from someone in customer service and someone that is aware of a stressful life event while trying to process the claim
