For ranked: Neon jett waylay are all pretty good Omen, Astra, clove, miks are all good Sova fade and skye are pretty interchangeable Chamber, veto are good for aggro KJ is fine Giving each team 1 ban in ranked would make the game much more entertaining and bring people back 100%
